For heavy customers ....

Sometimes you have to do tricks to show the little ones that there is nothing wrong with eating.

Many have problems with smell, texture, color, appearance or even with the environment where people eat.

Since you often have areas that are more important (language, social behavior, etc.) you often have to be serviced.

But there are also possibilities to do it slowly in addition to the other tasks, so you do not necessarily have to wait for the other tasks and goals in order to move on to another point.

Here we give examples and recipes of how a slow changeover is possible. You are welcome to send us a list and we will come up with ideas on how to slowly get used to it.

Chocolate quark but healthy!

Here we would like to use a quark to show how our heavy customers can get used to other colors and consistencies. The basic recipe is the same, but can be modified as desired.

250 g quark 20% fat

2 teaspoons of baking cocoa
(it is WITHOUT sugar but cocoa always contains caffeine!)

1 banana
(if your child likes fruit, their favorite fruit)

Solid consistency:
1 tablespoon coconut flour
(Here we start to make the consistency thicker. Coconut is very healthy and contains many vitamins and fats that we need)

More fluid consistency:
2 tablespoons of yogurt
(This makes the whole thing more liquid but CAUTION if you use acidic fruits it can flake!)

2 teaspoons of xylitol
(This sugar is also made from birch. Better for the child's teeth and blood sugar.)

Mash the banana with a fork and then mix the curd as needed. So you can start adding or reducing the children to get used to different consistencies or colors when eating. In this case, depending on the child, the cocoa would be reduced in increments of 1 week until none is needed. Other colors due to fruits such as red or blueberries are also possible.
